Executive Summary
BRIDGE is a specialist youth intervention service supporting young people aged 16 to 18 living within supported accommodation and semi-independent settings. The service has been developed to address gaps in engagement, independence development, safeguarding awareness and positive outcomes. BRIDGE will operate initially as a sole practitioner business, delivering one-to-one interventions, outreach work, activity programmes, youth justice informed support and independent living skills across Staffordshire.
